Description/tips: | This level is paired with Mt. Erebus.
Killing all enemies will spawn a Lava elemental, killing which drops a Lava element. The random items are armors and boots that can normally drop on level 25. These armors and boots are five times as likely to be an Exotic or Unique, and there's additionally a three times increased chance that the Lava Armor will be one of them if the player hasn't found it prior. |

This map shows the Ultra-violence monsters. Note that flying enemies have their spawning position randomized on lava tiles, while landlocked enemies are static. Also on UV, the two envirosuit packs on the bottom right island are removed, and on Nightmare every envirosuit pack is removed.
On Hurt Me Plenty, pain elementals are replaced by cacodemons and revenants are replaced by mancubi, while one of the envirosuit packs on the bottom right island is removed. On Hey, Not Too Rough, pain elementals are replaced by cacodemons and revenants are replaced by hell knights. On I'm Too Young To Die, pain elementals are replaced by Lost souls and revenants are replaced by former sergeants. The question marks indicate which squares contain random armor. |
