| Ingame Description: | This upgraded phase device will definitively save your skin. |
| Comments/special: | This item won't teleport the user to red stairs. If there are no stairs, the item will work as a normal phase device. If there are several stairs, one will be chosen randomly. If the chosen stairs are blocked, the user will be teleported to a nearby location instead. |
