Phase device
Appearance: +
Effect: Teleports the user to a random empty location.
How to get it: Random (5+)
Ingame Description: Experimental technology -- might save you from a tight spot. Not always, though.
Comments/special: The teleport destination will never be acid or lava. Also, phase devices will never teleport into vaults.
