Music is uniquely determined on a per-floor basis using music.lua. It is completely customizable, to the extent that you can replace any of the file paths with your own (so long as they use the DoomRL root folder as a base) that lead to whatever music you want. DoomRL accepts .mid, .wav, .mp3, and .ogg music files.
